Our background is in the parts that are hard to fake: reasoning and retrieval at scale, security and compliance to enterprise standard, and AI that has to be dependable rather than a demo. That is the bar we hold ourselves to.

Co-founder
Previously a Senior Engineer and Tech Lead at Relevance AI, where he helped build and scale the platform powering autonomous AI agents, building its analytics pipeline, billing systems, and integrations suite. Before that, a Senior Platform Engineer at Campaign Monitor building high-performance data systems at scale. Holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science, specialising in data mining and knowledge discovery. 14 years' experience across agentic AI, distributed systems, and platform infrastructure.
Co-founder
Previously Principal Architect for Enterprise and Security at Relevance AI, and Head of Engineering at Neara, where he scaled the team from 16 to 50 engineers and led compliance across cloud and on-prem. Before that, a Lead Engineer and venture CTO at BCG Digital Ventures, shipping products for Fortune 500s. Deep expertise in agentic systems, enterprise security and compliance, and scaling engineering teams and multi-cloud infrastructure.
