Information collected

Hyperstruck collects information provided directly to the business, such as account details, business contact information, support messages, waitlist or signup information, marketing preferences, and information submitted through the product.

Hyperstruck may process customer content, agent configuration, learnings, credentials, workflow metadata, and logs needed to provide and improve the service.

Website and product interactions may generate usage, device, diagnostic, security, and audit information, including pages visited, feature usage, timestamps, IP address, browser information, and operational logs.

Cookies and tracking

Hyperstruck does not currently use cookies for tracking. If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any consent controls required by applicable law will be provided.

How information is used

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Hyperstruck.
  • Authenticate users, administer accounts, and support customer teams.
  • Respond to requests, support tickets, security reports, and legal obligations.
  • Monitor usage to protect the service from abuse, reliability issues, and security threats.
  • Improve product functionality, reliability, user experience, documentation, and support workflows.
  • Conduct internal auditing, reporting, forecasting, analytics, and business operations.
  • Communicate about product access, service updates, commercial matters, marketing, events, content, and related services.

Subprocessors and disclosure

Hyperstruck uses subprocessors to provide hosting, authentication, model inference, data storage, website hosting, and related infrastructure. The current list is available on the Trust page.

Personal information may be disclosed to infrastructure, product, support, marketing, advertising, analytics, professional advisory, and business operations vendors where needed for the purposes described in this policy.

Personal information may also be disclosed where required for compliance, legal process, regulatory requests, enforcement of rights, safety, security, fraud prevention, debt recovery, or investigation of suspected misconduct.

Personal information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a business transaction or restructuring, including merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, insolvency, administration, or similar corporate event.

AI providers

Hyperstruck uses AI subprocessors to provide core product functionality. Subprocessors do not train AI models on customer data. Customer-managed LLM keys are governed by the relevant provider's terms and retention rules.

Security and retention

Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, and access controls.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security records, and support operational reporting.

International processing

Some subprocessors process information outside Australia or across global infrastructure. International transfers rely on contractual and operational controls appropriate to the service being provided.

Children

Hyperstruck is not directed to children and is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. Personal information from children is not knowingly collected.

Rights and contact

Requests for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information may be made subject to applicable legal exceptions.
