Find the customer, deal or contract you would miss

New: Insights gives every team a short list of what to do next, and why. Plus: Hyperstruck inside Cursor, Claude and Codex, and 125x more productive delivery.

A glass head with a stream of glowing lightbulbs

Every business has a customer about to leave, a deal about to slip and a contract about to renew on bad terms. The signs are already in your call notes, tickets and contracts. Nobody has time to read them all.

Insights does. Each team gets a short list of who needs attention, why now and what to do. Keep customers, win deals, avoid costly mistakes.

Define rules. Stay informed automatically.

The Insights rules page

Each rule is one question your team never wants to miss.

  1. Say what matters. "Customers with repeated outages who might leave." Rough is fine. We'll intelligently expand on your intent.
  2. Pick the records to read. Support tickets, call notes, contracts and plans. Up to eight sources at once, so nothing falls between teams.
  3. Get a short list, most urgent first. Who to contact, why now and what to do, with a message ready to send. Your own software can start a run through the API.

Watch it work

An Insights run: the question, the agents it asked, and the activity log

A recruiter asks which overseas vendors are building sales teams in Australia. Two agents answer: one reads market news, one reads the GTM desk's notes. Insights finds the one to act on.

Spot companies entering your market, first. e.g. An overseas vendor is building a sales team in Melbourne. Send them the right candidate before the 29 October deadline. Insights says why, and writes the note.

The finding: send Josh Whitaker's profile to Tom Okafor for the Melbourne SE role

Team-wide intelligence

Support: keep customers

A blue glass headset beside a check mark

Solve support problems before customers complain. e.g. Priya had three outages this month. Call her before the next one and sort out her credit, to keep her and delight her.

Sales: win deals

A green glass train arriving beside a clock

Close expansion deals before the budget runs out. e.g. A customer asked for 20 more seats, and their budget closes in 14 days. Send the price this week to win the deal.

A coral glass judge's gavel

Catch bad contract terms before they renew. e.g. A supplier contract renews for two years on terms your policy forbids. Give notice now and renegotiate.

Recruitment: place first

A violet glass CV outline

Place candidates the moment a company starts hiring. e.g. A start-up just raised $42M to hire an AI lead. Put forward Ravi, who has done the job and wants to join them.

Delivery news: six months of work, done in a day

125 times more productive. 90 times cheaper per ticket.

Hyperstruck agents at a telco, two weeks in.

  • 125x more tickets per engineer. One engineer finished 50 tickets in a day, up from about 2 a week.
  • 90x cheaper per ticket. About A$22 each, including the engineer's time. Before, about A$2,000.
  • Learning at every step. From design to release, agents used lessons from the team's own code. Along the way they flagged 29 security issues, from account takeover to leaked keys, and drafted the fixes.

  • Saved questions stay current. A new document updates a saved answer as soon as it lands.
  • Watched pages bring their PDFs. A price list linked from a watched page is collected too.
